Participants learn basic food safety practices for preparing and serving food and earn national and local certifications to find more job opportunities in the food service industry.
What We Do:
4-6 weeks of trainings in basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, allergens, time and temperature, as well as cleaning and sanitation.
Access to online courses as short as five hours.
Participants earn their national ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
