Organizes Campaign to Force Repairs
On 4/17,
NMIC Community Organizers joined with tenants living in buildings owned by
Perseus Management/Cronus Capital to demonstrate in front of the home of
Steven Carter, one of the Village Voice's 10 Worst Landlords, and
principal of Cronus Capital. The Community Union of Washington Heights and
Inwood has organized a campaign to force Perseus/Cronus to make repairs.
